My Beautiful Triple Room was spacious. The staff printed boarding passes. This was very helpful since my airline didn't accept electronic tickets.
The desserts were billed at prices higher than those listed on the menu.

The staff helped with luggage whenever needed. Breakfast service was great and the waiter was very attentive. The people were cute helpful and great.
The location made it difficult to explore at night. There were so many small alleys. This made me uncomfortable to leave the hotel at night. Some groups of boys outside.

The staff were very helpful. They was great with their kindness and professionalism. Dining experiences were nice (i liked dinners). I enjoyed the quiet area as well.
The hotel tried to charge triple the city tax. Some desserts were billed at higher prices than listed on the menu. This spoiled the experience i had a little.

the staff gave us an early breakfast because we were leaving early. i appreciated the thoughtfulness. the hotel has beautiful aesthetics, i found it quite appealing. the breakfast also was quite enjoyable.
my room was on the ground floor, it was directly next to the kitchen. the noise from the kitchen and other guests was disruptive each morning. towels provided showed signs of wear, they had holes.

I had a room on the ground floor. it was right next to the kitchen so there was a lot of noise. the towels were gray and worn out. They even had holes. i expected better for the price.
